The soundtrack for Little Nightmares was written and produced by Christian Vasselbring and Tobias Lilja. The soundtrack can either be purchased on Spotify or Itunes, or be listened in YouTube. External links to the auto-generated YouTube versions have been provided below.

  • The version of Lure of the Maw that plays in the menu is different from the version played in the credits.
  • The Lady hums the tune of Lure of the Maw.
  • The soundtrack Beneath the Waves and The Death Waltz are the only tracks that are not played during gameplay.
  • The tune of Prison Toys can be heard in both games, with its tune being modified and incorporated into the soundtrack Togetherness I for the second game.
    • The tune can also be heard in the DLC soundtrack, Inner Life.
  • An altered version of Hunger III plays during Little Nightmares II's secret ending when Dark Six appears.
  • The DLC soundtrack Nothing but a Nome and the Little Nightmares II soundtrack The Nome in the Attic could be inspired by Domino by Aphex Twin.
  • Several tracks are used in The Sounds of Nightmares.
  • The sounds heard at the beginning of The Way Out are reused for when the Flesh Walls surround Mono at the end of Little Nightmares II.
