— The Bread Giving Boy |
The Bread Giving Boy (unofficial name) is a character that appears in Little Nightmares and the first issue of the Little Nightmares comic series.
Appearance
The Bread Giving Boy's appearance is somewhat mysterious, as the lighting that he is standing only allows for his figure to be seen in darkness. He appears to be a young caucasian child with short hair.
Personality
Little is known about the boy other than the fact that he seems to care for the other prisoners of the Maw more than himself. This is seen when he gives his bread to Six and leaves himself to starve.
Little Nightmares
While most children are asleep when Six begins her journey, she will encounter one boy who is still sitting at a table in the cafeteria. Noticing she is experiencing hunger pains, the boy will pass a piece of bread through the bars for Six to eat. After she finishes, the boy will return to his seat in silence.
Little Nightmares (comic series)
He also appears in Issue 1 of the comics. In said issue, the boy asks about what Six remembers before being sent to the Maw, with no response; he says that if Six doesn't tell him or the other children, she will forget about it.
Trivia
- The Bread Giving Boy and The Runaway Kid share many of the same physical traits. However, the official Twitter account has confirmed the two are not the same children and are in different locations during the events of the Maw.[1]
