The Workers in the Walls
Just as Noone was about to fall asleep within the walls of the Stone Giant, the Child with Gooey Hair crawled out from inside of a passage. Noone believed this to be another one of the Workers until they locked eyes. Seeing that it was for certain a child, Noone approached them, and the two stood in silence for a moment. Just before Noone could speak, the Child with Gooey Hair covered her mouth and pointed up to a wall, revealing that a tall woman was working in a room nearby.
Soon after noticing her, the two were confronted by a Worker that had been observing them from between the planks. Before the Child with Gooey Hair could pull Noone away, the worker jumped down and prodded Noone with one of their tools. Just before it could do anything else, the Child with Gooey Hair pushed Noone so a ray of light from the workshop could hit the workers shadow body, causing them to scurry away.
The scene soon switched to the two of them at the bottom of the Stone Giant, where they climbed up a giant pendulum. After climbing up, the Child with Gooey Hair and Noone ran up some stairs into a courtyard. Soon after arriving, the Child with Gooey Hair was captured by the tall woman, who did so using one of the chains from under her dress.
A Deluge of the Inevitable
Noone mentioned the Child with Gooey Hair to be among her past companions that she was unable to save.
Trivia
- It is unknown whether the Child with Gooey Hair was killed by the Woman or if they were made into one of The Prisoners.
