This is the article for a group of upcoming characters in Little Nightmares III.
You could be looking for minor characters from the fourth chapter of The Sounds of Nightmares, The Carnival People.

The Fairgoers (unofficial name) are a group of Residents that were seen in the trailer for the upcoming Little Nightmares III game.

Appearance

The Fairgoers appear similar to the Guests seen on The Maw in the first game, with big round heads, stout bodies, and stubby limbs wrapped in ill-fitted clothing, though they appear to be more muscular rather than simply obese. Thus far they all appear to be male, with swollen, flabby faces and rough chalky skin. A couple of Fairgoers appear to have bulging tumor-like growths on one side of their face, and all of them have thin, dark brown hair, half of which are balding on top. Their fingers are wrinkled and sausage-like. They wear simple clothes consisting of plain white shirts with overalls or vests, though a couple of them appear to wear thick brown overcoats.
