Wearables are additional items sold separately or accessed by solving certain puzzles in Little Nightmares, Little Nightmares II and Little Nightmares III.

Overview

Wearables are various accessories that are equipped onto characters, which the player can receive as a reward for an achievement. Some wearables can be purchased separately from the game, or can be found in specific locations. They can be worn by Six, the Runaway Kid, Mono, Low and Alone.

Little Nightmares

There are 6 masks in Little Nightmares, of which one is the Switch exclusive Pakku Mask, which can be worn by Six and the Runaway Kid.

	Rascal Mask.	-	In-game. Given for breaking 10 statues.
	Fox Mask.	With so many nooks & crannies to explore in this unpredictable place, it takes someone special to survive. Six is as brave and cunning a character as you will find, so this Fox mask couldn’t have found a better home!	Must be purchased. In-game (Enhanced Edition). Given for breaking five statues.
	Scarecrow Sack.	The Maw is filled with awful things hiding in the shadows and around every corner. Wear this twisted old Scarecrow Sack - it might not frighten away the monsters, but at least you won’t see them!	Must be purchased. Unlocked by default in the Complete Edition. In-game (Enhanced Edition). Given for hugging 13 Nomes.
	Upside-down Teapot.	Six is a natural born explorer, but bad things can happen if she peeks a little too far in. By the looks of things, she might be wearing this Upside-down Teapot a little while longer!	Must be purchased. Unlocked by default in the Complete Edition. In-game (Enhanced Edition). Given for hugging six Nomes.
	Tengu Mask.	Fear can take many forms and can live in many worlds. Wearing this Japanese Tengu mask won’t keep Six safe from harm, but it will certainly make her fit in!	Must be purchased. In-game (Enhanced Edition). Given for breaking 10 statues and hugging 13 Nomes.
	Pakku Mask.	Yellow, cute, innocent... and very hungry!	Switch exclusive. Unlocked by using a Pac-Man amiibo on the title screen.

Little Nightmares II

There are a total of 12 hats in Little Nightmares II, which is double the amount of the first game.

• The paper bag is already available at the beginning of the game.
• The player can also get the Nomes' hat in The Nome's Attic DLC if they purchase the Deluxe Edition of the game.
• The Mokujin Mask could only be obtained if the player pre-purchased the game before release.
• The rest of the hats are collectibles that are spread throughout the Pale City.
• The Thin Man's hat is awarded upon completion of the game.
• The Bully's head is the only hat that isn't a collectible and is only temporarily used by the player in a certain situation.

	Paper bag.	-	In-game. Available from the start of the game.
	Ripped ball.	-	In-game. Located on the dumpster in the School's yard.
	Sou'wester.	-	In-game. Located inside a hanging cage shortly after Mono and Six traversed a collapsed bridge. To collect the hat, climb the stacks of cages, then jump onto the hanging cage with the hat in it and climb it. Keep jumping until the cage falls down and the bars are open.
	Postman cap.	-	In-game. Located in the room after obtaining the TV remote. Drop down to the lower level and into the vent on the left.
	Mokujin Mask.	It is said that this mask is carved from a 2000-year-old tree, but its power won't protect you from what awaits Mono in the Pale City.	Bonus for pre-purchase of Little Nightmares II.
	Gatsby cap.	-	In-game. Located in the shop where you have to push a shopping trolley. To collect this hat, push the shopping trolley to the shelf at the far left. The hat is located in the corner.
	Nomes' hat.	-	In-game. Awarded for completing The Nome's Attic DLC.
	Scout tail cap.	-	In-game. Located in the Hunter's house in the room opposite of the dining room with the mummified family.
	Teddy bear's head.	-	In-game. Located in the nursery room of the Hospital. Climb the shelf on the right to find the hat.
	Thin Man's hat.	-	In-game. Available after completing the game.
	Tin can.	-	In-game. Located inside the School's library, specifically in the section with the moveable ladder. To collect the hat, move the ladder onto the second shelf.
	Mummy wrappings.	-	In-game. Located in the morgue room where you have to find a key. Open the bottom door near the sink on the left to find the hat.
	Bully's head.	-	In-game, not a collectible. After Mono defeats the fourth Bully in the School's kitchen, it's head will be decapitated and fall onto the ground. Mono must wear this mask as a disguise to get through the chaotic cafeteria and hallway of the School. It will then break and can't be worn anymore once Mono enters the biological storage room.

Cut Hats

These are a list of hats that were cut from Little Nightmares II.

	The Janitor.	Step into the shadows - perfect for those who prefer lurking in the quiet corners, ready to sweep away any trace of their presence.	Must be purchased. Unlocked by default in the Little Nightmares III Deluxe Edition.
	The Twin Chefs.	Double the terror, double the chaos - the Twin Chefs costume brings a twisted culinary duo that’s as unsettling as it is unforgettable.	Must be purchased. Unlocked by default in the Little Nightmares III Deluxe Edition.
	The Lady.	Elegance with a dark twist, the Lady costume channels a haunting grace, blending beauty and dread in a way only the truly unsettling can.	Must be purchased. Unlocked by default in the Little Nightmares III Deluxe Edition.
	The Hunter.	Embrace the hunt - fierce, relentless, and ever-watchful, a true predator lurking in the dark.	Must be purchased. Unlocked by default in the Little Nightmares III Deluxe Edition.
	Nomes.	The Nome Costumes Set lets you embody one of the most iconic figures from the world of Little Nightmares. Inspired by the small, secretive Nomes that hide in the darkest corners, this costume set gives your character a distinctive look, both unsettling and charming.	Bonus for pre-purchase of Little Nightmares III on the Bandai Namco online store. Must be purchased.
	Klonoa and Ghadius.	Bring nostalgia and darkness together with these costumes. A tribute to the beloved classic, reimagined with a creepy twist for your journey through the Spiral. Trivia

• Several of the masks in Little Nightmares appear as jack-in-the-boxes in Very Little Nightmares.
• At the climax of Little Nightmares II (more specifically, from the last part of Chapter 4 through to the end of the game), Mono will discard any hat he has been wearing. The option to change hats in the pause menu during that gameplay is also absent.
• The Mokujin (木人; translation: Wooden person) mask is based off the character of the same name from the Tekken series published by Bandai Namco.
• The Mummy Wrappings hat in Little Nightmares II heavily resembles the appearance of the Bandaged Kid from the 2017 Little Nightmares comics.
• The Nomes' hat and the Mokujin Mask are not required for the 'Far Ahead' achievement.
• Little Nightmares III is the only game in the series where wearable items cannot be obtained through secrets.
• Purchased costumes in the third game can only be used by the player who purchased it, and cannot be shared with their co-op partner unless they themselves have purchased the costume as well.
• Even if the player has a costume equipped during the ending section of Little Nightmares III, Low and Alone will be shown in their default outfits.
  • The costumes will still be marked as equipped if the player checks the menu.
